Zoning

The City Administrator serves as the Zoning Official and oversees the zoning regulation of property to ensure the general health, safety, and welfare standards for the community are met.  They assist residents and applicants with zoning requests and development requests.  They also issue applications for Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Rezoning, Annexation, Lot Splits, Platting and Sign Permits.  The City Administrator also oversees the Planning Commission.
