The Planning Commission has called for a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Braham City Hall in the City Council Chambers located at 201 Broadway Ave S in the City of Braham.
The purpose of this Planning Commission meeting to discuss the requested split of the lot on the corner of Beechwood and 2nd Street South. The variance is to allow the lot to be split under the minimum lot size for the west lot.
All Residents and Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting.
