Right of Way Permit

A permit is required for all work done in the city's right of way. Please click here for a permit application.

Summer Readiness

Mosquito spraying is done in the summer dependent upon weather conditions. The pellets used target only mosquito larva and will not harm humans, pets, or the bees.

Winter Readiness
No parking is permitted on any city street, city owned parking lot, or public right of way from November 1 to April 1 between the hours of 2 am to 7 am.

It is the responsibility of the owner or occupant of property fronting on any sidewalk within the City of Braham to keep the sidewalk on which their property fronts clear of snow and ice, and to remove all snow within 24 hours after each snowfall. This includes any snow plowed from public streets onto the sidewalk.

Property owners cannot put snow on City streets.  This becomes a danger on the roadway to snowplow drivers and the traveling public.
